Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Currently, this store only ships within the US and to Canada.  However, please contact me if you'd like the package delivered to another country.  Please note that international taxes, custom duties, and import fees may apply to shipments outside the US.  If any of these apply to your shipment, please know that the responsibility lies with the buyer.


Q. How much is shipping?

A. All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Package with tracking included.  The cost of domestic shipping (within the US) is dependent on the weight of the goods.  Starting base price is $3.85.  International shipping is dependent on the receiving country and the weight of the goods.  Starting base price is $8.95.


Q. What is the shipping time?

A. ★ Domestic ★ USPS First Class Package, 3-7+ business days after shipping 

★ International ★ USPS First Class Package, 7-30+ business days after shipping

Please note that this store is not responsible for any delivery mishandlings and lost or stolen packages once they are transferred to the USPS.  There may be delivery delays due to the post office being overwhelmed with mail & packages due to COVID-19 and the holiday season.  Please expect an extended shipping time for package delivery.  International packages may have transit times of 2-3 months or more.  Your patience is appreciated as shipping times may be extended. ~


Q. What is your processing time?

A. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.  You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been shipped.


Q. Do you offer insurance for my order?

A. Yes!  To include insurance for your order, please add this listing to your cart.

Purchasing insurance for your order financially protects your order in the event that your package is damaged, mis-delivered, or lost in the care of the postal service.  This store is not responsible for any delivery mishandlings and lost or stolen packages once they are transferred to the USPS.

Should a delivery issue occur with your package and it is insured, a parcel claim can be filed for you to receive a full refund.  Please contact me via email regarding this; claims must be reported and filed no later than 120 calendar days from the shipment date.


Q. What do I do if my tracking number says my package is "delivered," but I didn't receive it?

A. If your tracking number says your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please review the following:

1)  Please verify that the provided shipping address is correct.

2)  Check with housemates or neighbors to see if they received your mail.

3)  If your package is not with your neighbors, please contact your local post office ASAP to check if the package was incorrectly scanned or there is another issue.  If necessary, please file a missing mail claim with them.

Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

A. All sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted.  However, if you have any issues, please contact me ASAP.  Before placing your order, please refer to our grading system to help guide your shopping experience to make a well-informed purchase.


Q. How do you grade pins and keychains?

A. Please refer to the "Pins & Keychains Grading Guide" for full details in order to make an informed purchase.


Q. How do I care for my enamel pins and keychains?

A. Enamel pins and keychains that have been well-loved will naturally experience regular wear and tear which may include scratches, oxidation, and tarnishing.  Although this is inevitable in the life of these charms, to decelerate this process, please follow the following tips: 

✧ Never leave enamel charms in a place of moisture such as by the pool, shower, or in rainy weather.  Moisture will cause the charms to rust and tarnish.  

✧ Store charms in a dry and airtight container to prevent tarnishing.  To prevent scratches, store charms away from other objects that may scratch it.

✧ Always use a microfiber or jewelers cloth to clean the charms.  

✧ To remove tarnish, use a toothbrush and a bit of toothpaste to scrub discolored sites.  Make sure to thoroughly wipe dry after.
